Objective of the Program

  • The program aims to provide education on all levels of interpersonal communication, which is one of the basic elements of communication, including verbal, non-verbal and mediated.
  • In accordance with the non-one-dimensional nature of communication, it is another purpose to benefit from social sciences such as mass communication theories, sociology, psychology and to bring them together in theoretical education.
  • Raising individuals who can have interpersonal communication practices in daily life and can use what they know in a wide range from business life to family life are among the main objectives of the program.
  • Thanks to its interdisciplinary structure, it is aimed to provide a dynamic education whose boundaries are not clearly defined by enabling candidates from different disciplines to share their experiences in their working/studying fields.
  • It is aimed to provide the students with the competence to be able to access, benefit from and follow the domestic and foreign publications that they need in the literature.
  • It is aimed to raise students who can interpret the communication field, which is constantly in motion, and make sense of the transformations of society and communication technologies in mutual interaction and thus will not be separated from the current.
